The
Certified Flight Instructor certificate (CFI) allows a pilot to
teach others to fly. This is a great privilege and responsibility,
this certificate involves in-depth training!
Applicants study topics including learning theories, methods of
instruction, lesson planning, human behavior, and so on. The flight
training portion of the instructor certificate includes pushing the
“stick and rudder” skills to higher level. The flight training for
the CFI is also the only certificate that requires spin training.
The certified Instrument Instructor certificate allows
instructors to provide instrument instruction to those seeking an
instrument rating. This training covers how to teach the knowledge
and skills required for instrument flight. |
